My imperfect life
Hi, I’m Beatrice and welcome to my world!
I have always been the black sheep of the family, a nomad, always looking for new horizons, and my heart has always been linked to horses. My story with them begins as a child. One day while walking with my grandmother I saw them running free in a field and it was immediately love. That feeling of connection, of freedom, became my passion. As I grew up, however, I felt the need to explore other avenues and, at 18, I left for Holland, where I worked in the clothing world for four years. I got to know new cultures and learned new languages.
When I returned to Italy, I was confused without knowing what to do and where to go. But the call of horses never left me, and I decided to follow my heart, enrolling in a planner course to organize unique experiences.
The real turning point came when I met Porto Island, a horse who, like me, carried a story of loneliness. Together we rediscovered trust, hope and love, and we explored the most authentic landscapes of Italy. Now Porto Island passed away and my love for him and this job just grew up
It brought me closer in a complete and natural way to this beautiful equestrian world that many see as distant, and it introduced me to many people who love these splendid creatures like me.

Horsin’ Around
From there *Horsin’ Around* was born, my project to rediscover Italy through sustainable, cultural and local travel, riding a horse.
This project solve two problems:
1) Creating a trip, the problem of organization, research and knowledge of the territory. Often the stables and locals do not speak English making everything more difficult. With us you only have to think about packing your suitcase and booking the plane! We have very high standards on a cultural and local level. You will enjoy the real and unique Italy. We list eco-friendly ideas, in beautiful remote locations, with local hosts who make you feel like a friend and rides that offer immense value for the richness of the experience.
2) We create a community of experienced riders who want to meet like-minded people. Horsin Around focuses on the evocative contexts in which riders and horsewomen are welcomed and on the diversification of horses, given that they are of different breeds depending on the location, thus ensuring their protection in the territories to which they belong.
